Class Description

A stronger, more dynamic practice focused on breath-led movement that will gradually warm the body with Sun Salutations before progressing to a sequence of standing poses that will cultivate balance and focus while improving strength and flexibility of the whole body. Great for those familiar with the foundational poses of yoga who gravitate toward Yang style yoga and more challenging asana.
