Mat Yoga at Ubika Day Spa
Held within Ubika Day Spa at the iconic Fairmont Resort.
These classes are open to hotel guests and members of the public, and are a beautiful way to unwind after a long week, or to energise your morning before a day of exploring the breathtaking Blue Mountains. Yoga mats are provided and public parking is available
outside the hotel, located at 1 Sublime Point Road, Leura.
Katoomba Aerial Yoga
Held at our cosy home studio walking distance from Katoomba Street.
These semi-private classes are limited to just 5 participants, ensuring you receive personalised guidance and support from your teacher. Studio address provided upon booking.
Our classes are open to all levels of experience.

In our classes there is nothing expected of you, nor anything that you must do. Everything that is offered in a class is simply that; an offer, an invitation to explore and inquire without judgement or expectation.
Throughout class you will be offered variations to modify around injury or limitation, while also being guided through stronger or more challenging variations if you feel so inclined.
Group classes are invitational in nature, with the firm belief that there is no 'one size fits all' approach to yoga, instead, an intention to help you feel empowered to make an informed choice for what will best serve and nourish you each time you come onto your mat.
