
Absolutely not. There is a very common misconception that yoga is only suitable for people who are already naturally flexible, but any body can practice yoga irrespective of size, injury or ability.
You will learn how to modify the poses and transitions to make them more suitable to your body and to honour any limitations you encounter.
Over time your body will become more flexible and more mobile, but there are many more benefits to be found other than the physical.
Anything you can comfortably move in. Layers are always advisable as some practices will build heat while others will cool the body. Keep in mind for Aerial Yoga classes that baggy clothes can be tricky when going upside down.
For Aerial Yoga classes kindly avoid wearing zips and jewellery (especially rings) as they can be a safety hazard and potentially damage the slings.
Yoga mats and props are provided at both Leura and Katoomba locations. It's a good idea to bring a bottle of water but other than that, all you need is yourself.

Yes! Private classes are a wonderful way to tailor your experience to suit any particular goals or limitations. They are a great option if you prefer not to practice in a group setting, or simply want more one-on-one time with their teacher for questions and feedback.
