Arrive and connect with the group and set your intention for the day, before flowing through an energetic asana practice to awaken the body and mind.

Self-led time to unwind and relax with access to the Jacuzzi, Steam Room and Zen Lounge.

Salt Room Pranayama & Meditation
Experience deep relaxation with guided pranayama (breathwork) and meditation in the Halotherapy Salt Room, where pure salt particles are dispersed into the air to support respiratory health and detoxification.

Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
Float into the evening with a session of slow, grounding Yin Yoga, guided relaxation, and a sound bath to invite deep rest and renewal.
