Class Description

A gentle, slower paced class to help soften the body, slow the mind and reconnect to breath. This class consists of mainly seated, lying and kneeling poses with many options offered for modification around injury or limitation. A wonderful option if you are new to yoga or are looking to deepen the foundations of your practice.
