Class Description

Yin Yoga is a slow and quiet practice where the body is supported in shapes that encourage a passive release of connective tissues. Poses are all seated or lying down with the use of blocks, blankets and cushions to support the body, and are held for 3-7 minutes. Beneficial for those who have difficulty holding stillness and an excellent holding space for mindfulness and breath awareness.
