Class Description

Yin Yoga is a slow and quiet practice where the body is supported in shapes that encourage a passive release of connective tissues. Poses are all seated or lying down with the use of blocks, blankets and cushions to support the body, and are held for 3-7 minutes. Beneficial for those who have difficulty holding stillness and an excellent holding space for mindfulness and breath awareness.


Cancellation Policy

Class purchases are not eligible for refund. Bookings may be rescheduled by the client up to 1 hour before class start time.
